"I started working out with Jesse in late Oct 2008. Due to my work schedule which requires a great deal of travel, it was difficult to find the time, but I managed to start the work outs with a trainer at 3 days a week, work down to 2 days a week and now maintain at a minimum of 1 day a week. In between my workouts with Jesse, he has given me a regime combining diet and exercise that helps me to keep up my exercise routine to a minimum of 4 days a week and gives me motivation to keep it going! Now at age 54, I am getting married in September. I have toned my body; I have lowered my cholesterol by over 50 points and continue to see progress over the 6 months that I have worked out with Jesse. I have learned that it is pointless to go to a gym and spend hours on cardio and weightlifting if you are not actually seeing any results. Working out with Jesse keeps me going and gives me the confidence and direction that I needed to see a "pay off" for all that hard work!"

Jesse spent a lot of time with me discussing my goals and concerns. He was very patient with me but right away addressed my nutrition and lack thereof. He set me on the right path to healthy eating. He gave me loads of great information and helped me change my unhealthy eating habits. With patients and encouragement, Jesse has led me on a journey of total transformation of my health and fitness. Jesse turned my world upside-down! I am a victim of a car accident leaving me with a Brain Injury. I was in an 8-week coma & lost all muscular presence. My physical symptoms lightly mimic MS. Jesse built my strength to being able to finally get my self off of the floor to independently walking again. It began a vulnerable, but trusting, professional (& comical) association. Jesse was great! I had an ACL injury I did not follow physical therapy orders on. When I came to him I was ready to build back my strength , improve my balance, and gain a symmetrical appearance. Jesse listened to my needs and tailored a routine based on my needs. He is a compassionate and motivating trainer.

I trained with Jesse in the past and he has been by far the best trainer I have ever trained with. I got my results really quick even though I was training only three days in a month. He gave me the routine for rest of the days when I wasn't training with him and he also kept track of my diet through fitness apps. He gave me a diet plan that was easy to follow according to my vegetarian diet. Once a month we also did strength testing and recorded the results to see improvements. He also did measurements of my biceps and other muscles monthly along with keeping track of my body fat percentage. Jesse did gamification of gym that made training much more fun.

Jesse has been an absolutely amazing personal trainer. He has been my personal trainer for several years and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to my family or friends. He’s flexible with my crazy schedule and makes sure to directly dial in on my areas of concern. I’m only giving him a Five Star review because there isn’t an option for more stars!

Jesse is a great trainer that can work at your individual level no matter your knowledge,experience or goals. I did not feel intimidated being a female at all, which I know can be a reason to not use a trainer. He really helped me put on muscle that I was looking to do to help with my running goals. I would highly recommend!!
